Menu - Speciality Bar

All specialty bars come with china, silverware settings, linen napkins, and table linens for display and serving table. All specialty bars can be added to an event and served appetizer or dinner portioned per your respective party guest count.

Complete Potato Bar $4.95 per person - sweet potatoes and idaho potatoes wrapped in foil and folded open at top. Toppings include cinnamon and brown sugar whipped butter, whipped butter, sour cream, chives, real bacon bits, cheddar cheese, hot queso cheese, broccoli florets, homemade buttermilk ranch dressing, and maple syrup butter roll slices.

Tex Mex Taco Bar $9.95 per person - hard taco shells, soft flour tortilla rounds, chips, homemade salsa, guacamole dip, hot queso cheese, shredded slowly roasted and spiced Certified Angus Beef or fajita Certified Angus Beef sliced steak, fajita chicken, refried beans, pico de gallo, sweet ohio corn salsa (when in season), sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce w/ cilantro, and fresh sliced jalapenos.

Pasta Bar $10.95 per person - fresh pasta including cheese tortellini, cheese ravioli, beef ravioli, penne pasta, and linguine w/ marinara, hand rolled italian meatballs, sliced sausage, sundried tomato alfredo, creamy alfredo, fresh homemade pesto, sliced red onions, sliced red peppers, shrimp, and diced zucchini, shaved parmesan, and fresh garlic bread.

Salad Bar $8.95 per person - a complete selection of fresh chopped lettuce and romaine w/ diced ham, diced egg, bacon bits, shredded cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, fresh fruit salad, sliced red onions, sliced green peppers, banana peppers, diced tomatoes, diced cucumber, croutons, grilled chicken, california raisins, sliced fresh mushrooms and choice of 3 dressings (add $1.00 for Caesar Salad accompaniments).

Dressings Include: homemade buttermilk ranch, golden italian, house pesto, balsamic vinagrette, BBQ ranch, honey mustard, blue cheese (add $0.50) raspberry vinagrette, tangy french, fat free italian, lo cal ranch, sesame dressing (add $0.50), and Caeser dressing.
