Menu - Plated Dinners

All plated dinner entrees come with sides and fresh bistro assorted rolls and whipped butter unless otherwise noted. Use this menu as a guide to set up a personalized menu w/ all fresh ingredients. Table linens, full plate setting, and on site Chef all included in price per person. Assorted desserts are available upon request as well as customized menu choices.

All beef items are made with Certified Angus Beef, the top two thirds of choice or higher grade beef.

Cajun Crab Cakes served w/ citrus aioli, wild rice and grilled zucchini

 

Fresh Baked Meatloaf rounds a top garlic mashed potatoes w/ veal demi glace, button mushrooms, and steamed asparagus

Homemade Hand Rolled Ravioli w/ choice of cheesey pesto, grilled chicken, or jumbo lump crab w/ choice of specialty side salad and served w/ garlic bread or bistro assorted rolls

Italian Chicken Roll hand rolled and stuffed w/ prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, fresh basil and topped w/ roasted red pepper alfredo served w/ butter cream whipped potatoes and romano and creamed spinach

Pecan Encrusted CAB Beef Tenderloin topped w/ brandied mushrooms along side garlic mashed potatoes and butter & garlic laden green beans

Grilled Sterling Salmon w/ asian glaze topped w/ citrus dill aioli alongside eurasian spaghetti and sauteed vegetable medley ( in season vegetables )

 

8 oz Butterflied Chicken Breast stuffed w/ roasted red peppers, artichokes, goat cheese, fresh spinach and then grilled topped w/ creamy alfredo sauce and served w/ choice of specialty pasta and garlic bread

Grilled Flat Iron Steak topped w/ jumbo lump crab meat and gorgonzola cream sauce served w/ blue cheese slaw and baked potato or garlic mashed potatoes

Coconut Breaded Jumbo Shrimp served w/ mint string beans and three cheese creamy rice

Chicken Latiolais (Chef's Specialty) a top garlic mashed potatoes and your choice of side salad

Tuscon Rubbed Grilled Tilapia topped w/ mango salsa served w/ mashed sweet potatoes topped w/ maple and brown sugar butter roll and choice of side salad
